Every year, Nigeria’s delegation to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) triggers controversy. It has been observed that the number of Nigerian delegates to the assembly is usually high, compared to that of other countries. Some are of the opinion that a good number of the officials who accompany the president to the UNGA have no business being there.
